Now that the Pandemic is calmed down many of the provisions for relief are also easing off. One however is poised to take an abrupt end and spells trouble for a lot of current homeowners.
I am speaking of the prohibition on foreclosures. This protection will end and not too nicely for thousands who benefited temporarily by not being foreclosed on during the pandemic. That money owed is long “past due” and is about to come due; in many cases it will be demanded ALL AT ONCE!
